Hello and thank you for considering our services.   We’re a licensed, bonded, and insured, Personal Concierge & Lifestyle Management company, originally founded in Las Vegas in 2002; we are pleased to have expanded our services to the Norfolk-Virginia Beach-Chesapeake area of Hampton Roads, Virginia.   Simply put, we take on the tasks you can’t do, don’t want to do, or simply don’t have the time to do.  Each client is unique, and we collaborate to design a plan tailored to cover all the bases.  

Our team acts as your dedicated project manager, handling all the practical tasks and details so you can focus on what matters most.  Whether you need assistance coordinating a move, managing the mountain of administrative tasks that come along after the loss of a loved one, or providing support for an aging loved one, we’re here to help.

Julie Ulrich - President

Organize 365 Paper Solution Certified

In 2002, while juggling a hectic travel schedule as a wife and working mom of two young boys in Las Vegas, Julie discovered her passion for the Personal Concierge world.  Recognizing the need for reliable support in managing daily household tasks, Julie utilized her strong organizational skills and creativity to launch a Personal Concierge & Lifestyle Management service. 

Now calling the Hampton Roads area of Virginia home, Julie is pleased to be offering TimeWise’s services on the East Coast.  Having personally navigated through life’s tough transitions, including the loss of her parents, and assisting with family downsizing, she identified the unique needs of the Senior market. 

Julie is dedicated to supporting older adults and their families through difficult later-life transitions.  She holds Certifications as a Relocation & Transition Specialist™, Trustworthy Certified Expert™, and Organize 365® Paper Solution® Certified Organizer, showcasing her commitment to education and skill development.

 

Beyond her professional roles, Julie is actively involved in her community.  She serves as the Chair for the Chesapeake Task Force on Aging, is a volunteer and Board Member for Meals on Wheels of Chesapeake, and Vice President of her Condo Association. In 2019, Julie initiated the launch of SilverTree Seniors, a non-profit dedicated to showing Seniors they are not forgotten.

Debbie Kaye - Vice President, Business Development

A native Las Vegan, Debbie Kaye has established herself as an expert in the VIP services industry. Her career in hospitality began in the early 1980’s working at the Stardust Hotel & Casino. From there, she moved on to the VIP Lounge at Caesars Palace and spent the next 15 years there, catering to the hotel’s VIP guests. In 1999 she was recruited by Paris Casino Resort to open their VIP Lounge, serving as Manager. Moving on to the Aladdin, she opened the Aladdin Casino and London Club VIP Lounges. With Debbie’s contacts & long standing community relationships, she has the connections you need.

Debbie is a founding member and past President of the National Concierge Association – Nevada Chapter. She currently serves as a Special Advisor to the Chapter & is the Philanthropy Committee Chair.

Oh, yeah…and most importantly, she’s the Grandma to 6 adorable grandbabies!  She NEVER sits still, whether it’s volunteering at the Las Vegas Rescue Mission or her church, venturing out to see a new show or restaurant opening, or spending time with her grandchildren. One thing is for sure, Debbie knows someone EVERYWHERE she goes!
